Sounds / Looks like you may have IBS ( Irratable Bowel Syndrome ) ??
Cannot see any valid reason why you cannot eat , You can only try and see what the results are .
Regardless - VISIT YOUR GP ASAP
UPDATED - Hmm DO NOT miss you IBS medication , Eat something , Toast , Small Sandwich and take your IBS Tabs .
Sometimes IBS WILL give you some nasty stabbing pains in the lower stomach area.
But maybe a Doctors visit to ensure you haven't got Appendix trouble is in order - It's similar in very many ways and It's a nasty one if you don't catch it within a day or 2 .
Perry looks up & down at the answers , All good Info there , But IBS is NASTY stuff and each one of us who suffers it responds differently , The ONLY common Denomenator in IBS is STRESS , Yep STRESS it's a huge trigger point .
This case is maybe different in my thinking , concerns as to Appendix problem(s) , Similar symptoms , You don't get much warning prior to a burst / ruptured appendix , Hate to be a negative but it sounds a bit like that , So Dr / Hospital ASAP to be on the safe side .

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

Diarrhea maybe caused by microorganisms, medications, stress, or lack potassium(which helps in the normal peristalsis)
It is safe to eat potassium-rich foods like banana, apricots, citrus fruits, and other vegetables which also contain Vit. C to figt off infection.
You can also take "coconut water", and soft foods to lessen irritation of the bowel.
More than that..stress-free life can be of good help!
I have an IBS(Irritable Bowel Syndrome) but I managed to avoid recurrent bouts of diarrhea by avoiding the foods contraindicated like hard to digest, stimulants including coffee.
Have enough REST and SLEEP.
You will get over it.

If you were to visit your local ER, you would be put on a clear liquid diet, as tolerated. That means you'd progress to solid foods as the pain and diarrhea subside. The medication for IBS is Zelnorm. It's not an instant cure.
