My dear you really must learn English if you want to ask questions on yahoo,Your words are wrong and so is your spelling, one can only guess that berth should be birth, oppression should read depression the rest i don't know what you mean,if English isn't your first language Yahoo questions are in several languages maybe if you put the question in your mother tongue it would be easier for you.good luck my dear.

English may not be your first language but others got you right. Next time use any language you are familiar with. I will help to tranlate as am a linguist but at a cost of just 0.1 buck.
It is only the British who speak good 'English' but the English themselves dont know how to speak English.

No offence, but due to your english, it's very difficult to understand what you're asking. Perhaps you can get a little help on the english and repost? That's why you've gotten some rude answers here, because people are having a hard time understanding what you mean.

I am assuming they mean depression, and maybe someone noticed...I am not sure...but If you are suffering from post natal depression or depression of any sort then there are people who can help. Make an appointment to see your doctor of health visitor, they will tell you the best route to take.

okay, I think you are saying you had an operation after you had a child and your tummy is big and you want to lose weight, so talk to your physician and get a good healthy diet plan stick to it, and exercise! You have to earn your body to appreciate it! Make sure you talk to your doctor aboput what exercises you can do so you don't mess up your body where you had the surgery.
