If you do too much too soon, you will make it even worse. Just rest your body and if you need to, see a physical therapist to get back into the game.

Learn to spell and get the anatomy right! You have a sprained ankle...Typical treatment of a minor sprain consists of the following:
Apply ice immediately to help reduce swelling. Place the ice in a ziplock bag and wrap the ziplock in a towel or tissue -- to avoid frostbite DO NOT place ice directly on the skin.
Try not to move the affected area. To help you do this, bandage the affected area firmly, but not tightly. Use a splint if necessary.
Keep the swollen joint elevated above the level of the heart, even while sleeping.
Rest the affected joint for several days.
Aspirin, ibuprofen, or other pain relievers can help. Do not give aspirin to children.
Keep pressure off the injured area until the pain subsides (usually 2 - 4 weeks for mild sprains and 3 - 5 months for severe sprains). You may require crutches when walking. Rehabilitation to regain the motion and strength of the joint should begin within one week.
Remember the acronym PRICE: Pain killer(analgesics); Rest; Ice; Compression; and Elevation

First, stay off you feet was much as possible, rest. Apply and Ice pack, removing it every 15 - 20 minutes. Wrap your ankle with anace bandage, applying slight pressure, not too tight. Elevate your foot of some pillows while you rest. Do this until you can see a doctor.

well you can certainly not play soccer anymore for now.
you need to go to the doctor.
they will tell you what to do.
as for now, ice it up and keep it elevated.
and when you walk, get a pair of crutches so you dont do more damage then what has already been done.

First if u don't want to go to see a doc.than try putting a ace bandage on it for a few days, but don't put it so tight that it cuts the blood circulation off.if that doesn't work than go see ur doc.

Stay off of your ankle and use crutches if you have to get up and go to school. Use an ice pack on it (if you don't have one use a bag of frozen vegetables or something out of the freezer) but the main key is to stay off of it. USE YOUR CRUTCHES!!!!!
