Wrestling is not set up so you can only "face people like you". Wrestling is divided into weight classes. The only thing similar about your opponents to you is their weight. In wrestling, short people have an advantage as they are generally more solid, have more puscle pound for pound, and have a lower center of gravity. So, being tall AND lacking muscle mass puts you at a disadvantage. I think a better sport for someone like you is basketball. You can obviously lift weights and improve your muscularity, and you should be exercising no matter what sport you take up.

If you really want to take up wrestling, then try building a body that is fit enough for the sport. Dude, you have to be sure that you can take up the challenge. The actual sport of wrestling is really tough. You have to also make sure that you're healthy. You have to eat the right requirements. Exercise more. Oh and keep away from getting sick. If you do these few tips to stay fit and healthy at the same time, you'll be a champion in no time.

well, first, theyre wrong about you gaining fat, thats not required. your gonna need lots of protein, going by how atrophied you are. so, keep up with the pasta, thats chock full of carbs for energy, but you also wanna eat a lot of meat, or if your a vegetarian, get whey protein for shakes, or some other form of protein. also, your gonna need a lot more than just 5 pound dumbells and a chair to do sit ups. get some more weights, start off light weights, high reps. as you go on, in two or 3 week increments, increase your weights by 10 pounds or so. also, your not gonna be able to get major results in 2 months, building muscle takes a LONG time. if you do want to build muscle fast, follow something that the military does, which is work out 20 hours everyday, but i doubt your ready for THAT. y are you so worried about your muscle structure at 14 anyway? your not physically developed enough for that.

sure why not, wrestling would buff you up more as long as you have stamina, Charisma and skill.
Look at xpac when he was the 1-2-3- kid he was soo small, British Bulldog when he was with Dynamite kid the guy didn't touch 200lbs, but when I left and came back he was well over 200 lbs, Randy Savage wasn't very big, Hardcore Holly before he was Hardcore and the list goes on

I'm afraid "a few muscles" is not good enough, but its a start, try arm wrestling someone, if you can beat someone with arm wrestling, then you might be ready, but I dont think you are ready for pro. wrestling.

Good Luck.
