When I first heard of her death my reaction was " she has been taken out " and to this day I stick by that .
There are so many variations of the events leading up to the " accident " from various sources that are all conflicting, and I feel this simply convinces me all the more.
I have read that if it were a "professional hit " it would have been carried out with much more precision and not the shambles it turned into, but given that it was carried out in a rather public place it could just as easily have been a " hit " that went wrong.
I think an inquest should take place but the true facts would probably be covered up in the same manner as all the others.
I think, and hope, those responsible will, even to this day, still have an odd sleepless night each time the matter is raised in the press.
We should also not forget that other innocent people were also eliminated in this conspiracey.
She is a sad sad loss to this country.

The conspiracy theories are interesting, but I don't really think she was murdered. I've experienced driving at speed with motorbikes very close - very unerving (and I was completely sober!). I think the whole thing was caused by the chase, the speed and perhaps a momentary lack of concentration by the driver. Also, why wasn't Diana wearing a seat belt? Not to wear one must have been a conscious decision on her part, but had she done so, perhaps her injuries wouldn't have been fatal. A murder, I'm sure, wouldn't have relied on so many things all coming together at the same moment; it would have been much better planned to ensure the end result. The only problem I have, is why the ambulance chose not to take Diana to the nearest hospital, instead of taking her miles away to another? Precious time was lost and although this wouldn't constitute murder, it could have contributed to her death.

Yes, she was murdered.
She probably didn't die in the accident, but the ambulance stopped long enough for the foetus to be removed, and the final death was completed during that operation. There were just too many reasons to get rid of her and her boyfriend for it to be an accident - and hoe could such a minor accident kill two people. It was all preplanned, for a long time, but of course no investigation can come to that conclusion. It will be another whitewash, like the Hutton report, and the 911 Commission report

The inquest is currently underway. The results will come out soon.
I dont think she was murdered. If she was they took the most awkward way about it. Too many variables. Professionals dont do it that way.

If she was murdered, then it must one of the most incompetent murders. How could they know if she was going to survive the accident?I would think that professional killers would leave no room for doubt about the outcome.Just a thought. What if she was meant to be finished off in the hospital? That way,her death could still be blamed on the 'accident'.

Frankly, i wish everybody, especially Americans...(sorry....but they ain't got a clue....) would keep their noses out.
For a start.......... It's Princess Diana. If they can't even get her name right, I don't trust their grasp on the rest of the situation.
My own feeling is that if it weren't for Charles and Camilla, Diana would still be alive.

Of course she was murdered. She was pregnant with Dodi's child (look at the pictures of her on the yacht with him - definate 'bump'!), and the establishment would never allow a muslim to be so near to the throne. Saying that, she was also off her head.

Usually the simplest answer is the right one. I think the driver had been drinking and he wrecked. Simple as that.
