The simple answer is not all of them do and it isn't a condition exclusive to men.
if somebody is verbally abusing you, then what you must do is clearly say to them that you won't continue to talk to them while they are doing it. Nothing can be achieved when one person is behaving in this way. When people do this they broadside you and dominate the discussion by force, taking away your ability to communicate.
Never give in to this kind of tactic but withdraw your participation until they begin to act like an adult.
take care

Many have issues that go back to their childhood: they liver in abusive homes, witnessed abusive relationships, were not brought up properly. If you're in a relationship with a person like that, try to get them to get some help, these issues usually don't work out by themselves. If that doesn't work, think of your own well-being and safety and LEAVE, they can be very toxic to have around, they will drain the life out of you.

First of all, abuse is abuse whether it is verbal or physical and both sexes are guilty .If there is abuse in your relationship it needs to quit.Therapy or intervention, but there is no reason for a man who respects you as a person to abuse you verbally or physically. The stereotype of men being more prone to verbally abuse when they are angry is just an excuse so they are not held responsible for their actions.True love is not abusive but respectful.

Both men and women do that. It's not gender specific.
People will often do this when they're trying to draw attention away from themselves. And sometimes, they'll launch a verbal attack simply because they never developed the proper communication and problem solving skills. it could also be a sign of mental illness.

a lot of ppl do not just men - i think its because some ppl dont know how else to express themselves - so its like a defence mechanism if they put you down then they are better
If any man is being verbally abusive to you, nip it in the bud, tell him you wont accept being spoken to like that, and if it carries on get rid x xx

i think most men cant control their temper and ends up saying anything without thinking. Men simply cant control their emotional feelings unlike women who can take pressure and can control their temper at any point in time. In reality women solve 80 percent of their problems unlike men who simply cant solve their problems and virtually get swayed by their anger and get abusive

It's not just men. But if you put Earth's entire existence on a 12 hour clock. Scientifically, our existence began at appx. 11:59. That's a good indication that we are still at the primitive stage. I hope that helps any...

Not really. But he would start to get verbally abusive for a start. But that's not too bad comapred to being physically abusive. I guess is the chemical hormones in our body that kicks in when we get really pissed, like tostesterone or adrenaline, they would increase and caused us to be abusive.

Because women are cleverer than we are .. they know how to get under the skin, to push all the right buttons and so make us so angry that all rational argument and reason goes out the window and we resort to childish playground insults that make even US cringe as they come out ....
But the making up is nice :)
