Man can sleep in all positions s(on back,sides &upside down)which no other animal can do why?

Where on earth did you get that idea?
You don't have a dog. do you? Most dogs, cats & other small four-legged mammals, along with all the other effectivly bipedal mammals like chimps, orang-utans, gorilla, bonobos, etc. show the same range of sleeping positions as humans, if fact some of them show a wider range of sleeping positions than we do!

because humans are gods latest invention and we can hold things with our fingers but animals cant . and we have smarter brains and a better life .
