Unfortunately its kind of unrealistic to start a business without the funds. The only things that you can do are service and labor type work such as mowing lawns, washing cars, walking dogs and things similar to that. If you want to do something else I suggest you apply for a loan. Good Luck!

There are many businesses that you can start without fund - but I would suggest you figure out what kind of business you would want to start and take the SBA's self-test http://www.sba.gov/starting_business/startup/areyouready.htm to see if you really have the motivation to become an entreprenuer. I could give you ideas - but if you aren't interested it isn't going to matter.

There are no Businesses that can be started without funds. Every business has to make purchases: Business Cards, letterheads, stationary, premises, equipment, staff, vehicles etc.
