a north dakota attorney told me it's almost impossible to get sealed record/expungment in this state.what can I do so i can get the job i desire.can i get them closed to an employer?i need to get theseminor offenses off my record or I don't know what I can do to get the job i seek

go to the department of public social services and attend the grow program and they will help you get your record expunged, good luck

Apply in jobs that do not require criminal records.

You are going to have to find another sort of work or -- perhaps better -- work as a contractor, self-employed.
Or work in Canada or some other country.
