If you have got pregnant on the pill which obviously some of you have its meant that you must have ovulated during the time you took it. If this is the case then in the past when you have been taking it and possibly ovulated but not happened to have sex have you had a period whilst on it? If you are confused by this question pleae refer to my last one "on the pill"

Sorry im being thick - of course you have a period when on the pill - you just dont know whether or not its the "fake" period or a proper one where you would have ovulated - god im dumb!
As for pill babies i think that is a slight generalisation - not all of them have complications

Its available certain. maximum women dont ovulate on the pill if taken correct. And ninety 9% of girls dont get pregnant for the duration of their era. The era is the body rejecting what may be the cushion for the egg. And through it shedding it means that their wasnt an egg in there. As to the HCG ranges, they flow nuts in the course of the first 2 months of being pregnant. So, pinpointing even as she were given pregnant is heavily not likely! I even are growing pregnant on the pill the following. (became on the pill for 5 years on the time also.) i became about 4-6 hours late taking it. And the following I have a superb searching 4 a million/2 year previous it really is making a music on the settee as i'm typing. lol I dont understand what else to grant to you except Congrats i wager!

My fiance continued to get periods while on the pill, as i believe most women do, i think its only the depo shot which stops the period. Ovulation is the release of the egg from the ovaries and is the time when you most fertile, the pill doesnt stop this process (in most women to my knowledge) it just tricks your body into already thinking its pregnant so it wont get REALLY pregnant, somthing with hormone release i could be wrong on this though but any doctor/ planned parent hood could fill you in on the whole deal
As for getting pregnant on it? well you can ask my beautiful 5 1/2 month old (hes really into babling right now!) hes an ortho-tricyclin baby LOL

Pills nowaddays are pretty safe. If you take them correctly without missing any, your chances or getting pregnant are less than 1%. You don't ovulate, but the pill allows you to keep producing a certain amount of the hormone that regulates the bleeding (period) of each month. So you still have a "period" although you didn't ovulate. That is called deprivation hemorrhage.

My 20 year old daughter is the product of a "pill pregnancy" I haven't noticed any "complications" other than "the terrible twos" and the teen years...ahh but those are "normal" complications aren't they?
BTW I took the pill as directed at the same time every day...remember the pill no matter how good is STILL not 100% effective.

I got pregnant on the pill and it was a shock to my system. Finding out I was pregnant when I thought I was protecting myself from that... But he is a joy to have and I have truly enjoyed watching him grow into a wonderful 2 1/2 year old little man.
While taking the pill I did have regular periods up until my little man was on his way.

In 2002 I became pregnant even though I was on the pill. But I missed 2 days of my pill in the middle of my cycle. Other than that I never got pregnant while on the pill.

my mum got pregnanat on the pill with me, she was 5 months gone before she knew and she got her periods all the way through. I am the youngest of three so really she should have known, and my dad had a vasectomy 6 months after I was born and had been on the waiting list for 2 years, so I am the accident child, but in perfect health never been in hospital and I am 24, and have an IQ of 144. so can't damage us all

womens bodies are irregular. our periods do weird things. but... typically, a woman should always have a period, even if she didnt ovulate, unless she is pregnant
and yes, myself and about 17 close friends have one or more "pill babies"
look into the nuva ring or mirena
both are much more effective, easier, and have less risks than the pill or anything else out there.

I've heard of cases of women getting pregnant while they were on the pill...so you can guarantee that the pill is foolproof. But if a woman has gotten pregnant while she's on the pill, the baby will be born with complications.
