I have been told that every time we log onto the net our web address or IP Internet protocol changes is refreshed and there is no way to find out who the owner of that address is as it changes all the time and you personally can refresh it. www,grc.com is the site owned by Steve Gibson he is a security expert for computers he is an advisor to Microsoft and the creator of Spinrite, the best program ever to recover damaged hard drives, check it out, he may have something there to help you make your computer more secure. Try a better antivirus too and more than one spyware and Malware program is always advisable.

YOU CAN DO HEAPS WITH "JUST AN IP"

Go here and download the free program called Net Tools.

http://users.pandora.be/ahmadi/

You can then run the "whois" prog or trace route and you can see where they are and who they are...

Have fun.
