I would have said at my place -- but (1) it's 5 km (3 miles) into Switzerland from the French border and (2) my bike is red, not yellow.
You can RENT a yellow bike at la Rochelle:

I see nothing useful Googling "bicyclette jaune" and the names of the other cities.
