1. Click menu View > Source.
2. Click SAVE AS to (example: C:\myfile.txt)
3. Change the extension to .htm (example: C:\myfile.htm)
Then you can have the file your own
and just double click c:\myfile.htm to open it.

You have not mentioned the extension / kind of file.
Try selecting the content and they doing Ctrl + C & Ctrl V in notepad. This works most of the times.

I'm using Ctrl+S to save the contents.
Sometimes, I will use Ctrl+D to add the website to my favorites then I will able to see the direct links.

well hahaha, this thing always happens to me , the simplest thing is that i save the webpage on my computer ,then open the webpage with microsoft front page and then i copy it like any other thing, why don't you try that way??

just use the file>save then go to it and open with MS word to get your stuff
