Have you ever heard the song " I Believe " by Brooks and Dunn?
My favorite line in that song is, I'm finding more and more truth in the words written in red. The words Jesus spoke in the bible are written in red. He gave us the answer when he hung on the cross and died for our sins.
His words are living water to our souls. This life is just a temporary thing. A time of testing, endurance and bitter sweet. A time to develop a relationship with the Lord and learn to trust in him. And when our time is done, just like the song says it doesn't end in a slow ride in a hearse. Do you believe?

Each of us has his or her own purpose in life. Bottomline is we're meant to live not just for ourselves, but for others as well. Doing simple acts of kindness... saying simple words of encouragement to those who need them... lending a hand to the needy... caring for the sick.. and being responsible for our thoughts, words and actions... at least small things to make this world a better place to live in. So that when we die, we have a legacy to leave behind...even just the simple things that we did to make others happy.

Our purpose is to live the gift. God gave us life as a gift to enjoy. So, our purpose is to treat the gift with care and respect. Dying as much as we hate it, is away to a better place. Paul (from the bible) said; For me to live is Christ (the one who gave the gift)but to die is to gain...

YOU GOT IT !!!
That is our purpose... We are to learn what it is like to live in a physical world with physical needs, wants, desires, and all the complexities that choice and free will gives us with a splash of emotion to stir things up a bit.

Our purpose in life is to serve God, share his goodness among people. That's how we thank him in return for giving us "life". for existing in this world and given the chance to see his wonderful creations.

You're not meant to do anything at all, though indeed there is the expectation you will live and die. The rest is all up to you.
