Oh god those fools are in EVERY office. Best way I found to deal with it was to bring them down to size - next time theyre mouthing off about how or why something isnt done - put them on the spot and ask them a question that requires a sensible answer, most of the time they wont be able to answer you and will be seen for what they are.
Alternatively - just say it outright to them that their attitude bothers you and until they KNOW what they're doing not to insult your intelligence with their ridiculous attempts at being superior in the workplace.
Alternatively to that - just ignore them and carry on with your own work in the assurance that you actually know how to do it!

Just block those type of people out of your mind and tend to your own work. At work there could be a lot of drama. Having to work with people like that can make you sick. Just go with the flow and stay away from those know it alls as much as you can.
