Sex is a natural human urge and requirement. When you indulge in sexual activity at the climax you will get maximum pleasure. I think there is nothing beyond it. But this pleasure will remain in your memory which will keep coming up from time to time and again reveive your want to have sex. This is why many of us are obsessed with sex. Any activity that gives you pleasure, never gives a mental satisfaction because the pleasure derived from it remains in your memory and you want more and more of it. However physical urge is always satisfied for that moment.

very slow and sensitive love making will make a lot of difference. I do not know about the mental satisfaction because once we reach the climax and the lust is drained if you get a feeling of fulfilment, then that is the mental satisfaction

you should be doing it with your love one, at the right place/location, mood, time etc, just forget about everything else temporary n concentrate/stay focus of making sure both of you enjoy it ! guide him if necessary n tell him your need n the position you love most, the parts of your body that wanted his touch, do it slowly.
