How can i send a SMS/Text Msg. to a celfone in Iraq using my PC? I'm from the Philippines.?

It seems my current cellphone provider (Globe) does not have a roaming partner existing in Kirkuk.

In case you didnt know, the US invasion of Iraq damaged most infrastructure and hardly any communications works now....do you read the news ever? US boyfreind in Iraq? or do you have special Iraqi freind? Go down to Mindanao and Zimbuaonga and ask the Al Quaida how they get texts backs and forth....they will have an answer for you.
