OK the titans, immortal, huge creatures that can rival the gods in power vs Godzilla the king of the monsters, virtually immortal only one in all the movies was actually killed and he still came back as Godzilla besides the remake one which isn't the original Godzilla. Both have power way beyond humans. I think it would come down to number the titans had more although the amount of damage they could do doesn't seem to be as high as Godzilla's i think they could in case him in rock like they did Zeus and he would have to stay their for thousands of years but they couldn't kill him

The Titans obviously, not only are they ten times godzilla's size but he wont be able to do anything to them.

Godzilla. Even if he gets killed he can still come back and systematically destroy them one by one thanks to his Regenerator G-1 factor. Besides, it is Godzilla. He single-handedly destroyed all the monsters in the final wars. Godzilla rules!!!
