Av since 2yrs ago developed some growths in form of some kind of shoots on my nipples. From my observation, they all started when I started cleaning the top of my nipples by using a sharp thing like a tooth pick or pin to remove dirt (by pricking in between)in the depressions of the tit. Am not sure if thats the cause but now the number is increasing though I've stopped . So far av 2 small shoots, one on either side and small one slightly on top of my right handside breast which hardens and when you remove the hard top to clean, it oozes blood. They are not painful but am just wondering as to what could be the cause. Any home remedies???

approach a doctor and take some anti-biotics.
do massage regularly with some oil.

Try Tea Tree Oil, rub a small amount on the infected area, after a shower & leave them alone.
If they will not clear up, you need to see a Dr.

stop cleaning them that way. Just do a normal soapy bath without picking at them. If not better in 2 weeks see a doctor.

better not to take risk go to the doctor it might be symptoms of Brest cancer don't take it lenient
