The m. east is very big place that cannot be populated on every inch of space to think of overpopulation letterly. In my opinion can take more people, communities and cultures. Saudi Arabia is very big with large empty expanse of land, same goes for Iraq, Syria, Jordan, & many others in the region. This region and people also lay claim to one of the best civilisations and peaceful religion- Islam, religion of peace and tranquility with ability to help te needy without limitations/ hesitation. Knowing this to be tenets upon which culture and religion of the people is based, I cannot understand therefore why the whole countries in that region always fight with Isreal over a land strip that is not up to 1/50th of Saudi Arabia alone!!! With ability to assist others inbedded in the beliefs, why can't Isreal be accepted as a multicultural openess policy and accomodate Palestinians whom identifiy more with unicode of the region in other areas, showcasing peaceful Islam to the whole world?

What a good point you made there.I dont know enough about it to comment on, but if they are as peaceful as they make-out then surely it would do no harm.

You are a nice, kind generous person, you got a house with 4 bedrooms. Can I take one room, kick your children out . If you complain to the police and the court decide that I should not be there (UN 242) I still do not give a s***. If you try to kick me out, I kill you destroy the rest of your house, kidnap some of your family and start building a big fence inside your house? No I do not think so, you must be also an idiot to accept that!
If you are European; why not give them a big land in your country instead, Scotland is empty, Scandinavia and big part of Russia is empty. If it is for religious reason; should all Catholic live in the Vatican and all Muslims live in Mecca. It is the guilt feeling of Europe after WW2, so they give a land they do not own to people who do not deserve!!

If there isn't an excuse for war, then people make one up, if it wasn't that they were fighting over it would be something else. Most religions are the same, if someone near by has a different belief, then they feel they have to prove that they are right and start a great big fight (even though most religions are about peace).

It looks you don't care about the Palestinians in Israel. Maybe you think that M. east is big, but Palestinians have home in Israel and it is Jews responsibility to give them equal rights and peaceful living in the region. But Jews are greedy and want to do genocide to Palestinians. Why can't Jews give half of the territory to the Palestinians?

Lets say you have 10 houses and I stayed at one of your houses, and kick you out of that 1 house, would you want to claim that house that is rightfully yours, or would you say, doesn't matter, I still have another 9 houses left, let him keep that 1 House? Exactly. You would still want that 1 house back. Its the same for Israel. The land of Israel is illegal. The palestinians never ever gave that land away or sold it to Israel. It was stolen from them and made into a separate state. Thats why they are still fighting. They are fighting for the land that is rightfully theirs. IS THERE ANYTHING WRONG IN CLAIMING WHATS RIGHTFULLY YOURS?

Yeh that would be nice wouldn't it....except "israel" was created in place of Palestine which means the Palestinians have nowhere to live coz israelis don't want them on their "promised land". Why couldn't they give the Jews a piece of a european country? The europeans were quick to throw the Palestinians out of their land to put the Jews there....maybe they couldn't wait to get rid of them.

When Israel was planted in the Arab land , it was only 10% of what it has become now through stealing people's lands, houses and resources.
When Israel was planted in the Arab land, they were only 20.000 or so Jews, gradually they became almost 4 millions.
When Israel was planted in the Arab Land it was creeped out of Europe as poor victim. gradually , tiny Israel has become the 4Th most power and most vile state on earth.

Very good points.
Unfortunately you can see in the responses that the people who hate Israel do not accept such ideas. For them it is all about how "evil" Israel is and why it should not exist. They are unable to accept that it does exist and that the land is now officially Israel, not Palestine.

it just so happens that that little space contains a lot of holy sites. I think they would have cared less if Israel is where Yemen is.

I think Israel NEVER asked Arabs for a friendly gesture to welcome them to a new territory, instead they used power and humiliation to take control of the land. That is what angered and still annoys the Arabs.
