Everybody judges. Its how we form our own values and morals. We compare ourselves.
No one can say "i do not judge". If you saw a person beating their child to a pulp in the street would you not judge thier parenting? Of course you would.
I think the more pressing question is....why do you care that people judge you?
Thats the true issue isnt it? Everyone is being judged all the time. Sometimes a person's lifestyle, decisions etc are so completly foreign to others that they cant help but judge them. Define them for it.
Ask yourself why do you let them upset you when the do? Does their little opinon really matter? It really shouldnt. If it does, maybe it was you that was judging yourself so harshly in the first place??

Unfortunately we have all judged, including you jolly, and every one who answers this....best we can do is try not to judge, it is not one of out best habits, but comparison and judgement is a given....after all we are only human.
