BUT she went on holiday to canada 15 years ago and when she came back she was so plump getting off the plane we didnt recognise her. We walked right past her. It seems that she had been drinking a lot of beer with friends there. Actually it was stout. So maybe you might try drinking lots of beer . It just might work for you. Oh she lost it all afetr about three months and she's never put it back on
She occasionally stuffs her face on amounts of food that make everyone else jealous. So you might as well enjoy being able to eat everything in sight while the rest of us look on in envy

just eat mate. don't eat crap food like chips and chocky. don't try to eat a heap in one meal as this will stop you from eating for the rest of the day. try a little bit smaller meals and about 5 times a day. your stomach will slowly stretch allowing you to consume bigger meals. don't rush this process just start by eating good food 1st. also try a good multivitamin but only take it after having breaky 1st.

eat alot of avacadoes workout with weights, do not eat sugar eat a variety of different vegetables, eat raw vegetables also nuts such as almonds or cashews.
