I am sorry I dont have any gift ideas but I do have some advice to give. Make sure you wrap your husband's gift in Birthday wrapping paper and never Christmas paper. I have heard so many times from December Birthdayers that they get the shaft every year with Birthday/Christmas gifts.

Maybe surprise him with a romantic hotel suite.

What a great time to celebrate. The first anniversary item is paper...so you could incorporate that in your gift. Maybe a gift of stock from oneshare.com to his favorite retailer (they have Harley Davidson and John Deere) or a ticket to somewhere nice for the new year eve / birthday celebration. Anything you decide, you make it special and about the two of you!

on your anniversary get him a magnificent card. Have some close acquaintances over to benefit from the topping out of your wedding ceremony cake and a few beverages. On his birthday make him a cake and have his renowned ice cream.. Make his renowned meal and provide an excellent back rub earlier going to mattress. you do no longer might desire to lavish him with presents, in basic terms be with him and revel in one yet another.

order a book or look at a used bookstore for a book called "Light His Fire" by Ellen Kreiderman or something close to that. it will give you plenty of ideas that will last far beyond his birthday. She offers great marriage advice as well. Best money you'll ever spend. It is out of print, but look for it.

What about a surprise party or vacation? I don't know the financial situation, but you could even book a local hotel room or something.

Kidnap him. Book a cabin in a resort, set it up in advance with candle light dinner, wine, bubble bath etc.

This has unbelievable results.
