if the noise is directed to the other party, it most possibly means that the microphone you're using are problematic.

Do the game you're playing uses the microphone in any way (like voice chat or voice command)?

Or do you open a program that uses the microphone while playing the game?

My home is pretty quiet, I live in a rural area on a country road. The noisest thing is the traffic in the front part of the house. There is a stream behind the house and it attracts lots of birds. So I put my bird feeder right up in front of my kitchen window. Right under the eve of the roof, keeps the seeds nice 'n dry. They never get wet when it rains. I've had many kinds of birds, even some that are way too big to perch on the feeder. lol So when the weather is nice, I put out a dish on the grass for the big birdies. My neighbor next door is always building something, or tinkering, through out the day. But our properties are distant and he's quiet once the sun goes down.
