Workout, eat 6 meals a day, including meat, veggies & carbs.
Most veggies are carbs, so by including pasta with veggies & meat. You should begin to see a difference in a short time.
Remember muscle weighs more than fat, so keep the fat off & gain the weight by building muscle.

Sorry people are giving you a time about this. My little sister is uncomfortable about her weight. She is underweight for her age, 17 and only 90 pounds. Her doctor was concerned and sent her to a dietitian who advised her to eat frequent meals and to eat healthy. I would sugguest that you also start out by seeing a dietitian and start lifting some weights to gain muscle because you do not want to gain fat.

Start increasing your proportions a lot more-- with healthy food, of course! No snacks between meals to cut off the necessary three meals each day, and when you do eat the the three meals, eat until your FULL-full!! In other words, eat not until you're stomach is hurting and being sick, but until you feel real stuffed. That your tummy is completely full.
Believe me, you'll start gaining wieght! And once you do, start exercising to tone your flab up. ; )

start eating more bread or beef
avoid sweets and fast food cause you ll never lose that fat again
plus apply johnson's baby oil to your body because usually when we put weight on we get strechmarks

i think u hav to add more calories in ur food.
you hav to include fish, vegetables ,e gg and meat in ur food.
i do not wether ur are nonveg or veg.
any instead of taking instant food. hav homely food. drink milk.
it does not mean u must eat morethan u require.
but u need to take some high calorie, fat content food.

i very good if you are slim because fatty people suffer from so many problems like obisity then they got chest pain they cant walk to mush they cant sit properly heart attak
