Cancers are mostly results of mutations, point mutations or changes in sequences of nitrogen bases in DNA. As ants are having DNA there must be mutations or changes in DNA bases in some cases, that means ants must get cancer due to these mutations or changes in DNA sequences.

according to my important reaserchs african red ants get cancer
but other ants no because they have strang chemical that imrove cancer.

I dont think they do..their life span is not like humans and cancer develops over time.
