It depends how you are addressing i.e. Colloquially or through written communication. The latter warrants not only grammar but also punctuation marks which is missing in both your sentences

BOTH are correct, each one has its own situation to use in.
But if you are talking about something happened in the past, the second will be correct and the first will NOT.

Both are wrong, should be " I went there, you were not there "

correct also for " ... came here ... "

First one is right coz it is a clause sentence.
