Real love fades but never dies

Good question! I dont think love really fades. I loved my first wife. The love is still there, but I can not tolerate being around her. The love didn't fade the tolerance and acceptance did.

The chemistry that happens between two people initially is caused by our hormones. After a while, our body will stop producing the hormones and it all depends on urself whether to continue being with this person u first had chemistry with or not. So i guess love does fade, but it can be rekindled too...love needs maintanence

Yes I think love can fade especially when the communication fades and the two just drift apart.

I think it "changes" not fades. We dont' remain crazy in love forever. It's biologically impossible. The trick is that throughout the relationship, constantly recreating situations that will renew that original feeling.
Marriage is hard work and requires maintenance. With that, love can actually get BETTER than that original crazy feeling, and turn into something very strong and powerful.

Love is an emotion, if you don't fuel the fire, it will burn out. Simple! What you must remember is to keep it going. You don't fall in love in a minute, there fore once the flame gets going, its your job to keep it that way. Its never easy, but if you stand by the Six golden rules of Love, than you have nothing to worry about. 1. Friendship 2. Love 3. Respect 4. Trust 5. Appreciation and 6. Communication you will make it to the every end. Thanks for asking. Aloha from Hawaii

love never dies, it changes through time however, at first you're maddly in love and cant get enough of each other, this is because of the lust and newness factor , oncethat becomes familiar, then true love developes in to a soul mate experience, as we grow older it matures, we also become best friends, etc., but love is still love
