This is why I never recommend dating @ work.. Just approach him, apologize and just be friends.

"bunny boiler'...hahah...gotta remember to use that sometime.
Anyway, when something like that happens to me, I don't expect or want an apology or explanation from the girl. It will just add to the awkwardness. Eventually, I'd forget the incident happened as long as I see you're not mental or anything. You should be very very careful not to get wasted at the next staff night so he'll think the last thing was an isolated incident.
After that...basically things will get back to normal.
But honestly, I don't think he's that into you or else he would have at least joked or teased you about it the following day. That's what I do if I find the girl attractive.

Same thing has happened to me, I liked this lad for ages who goes in my local and I got drunk one night and just made a complete fool of myself I dont even remember most of the stuff I said so the next day I just went into the pub and he wouldnt even let on to me so after about an hour I just went over and said I was sorry and tried to make a joke out of it. We are just freinds now but if this guy likes you something more will come of it. Just go in work and tell him that your sorry and that your not normally like that. If you go on another staff night out dont drink has heavy. Maybe he just didnt like what he saw when you was drunk. Hope this helps x

In an ideal world i'd like to say that he probably didnt want to take advantage of you when you were drunk, and was slightly embarressed, which is why he hasnt spoken since as he isnt too sure what to say without upsetting you etc.
Or he could juts not be interested , he could be with someone else etc you just dont know! i think you should just go over and say hi and see what happens from there? whats the worst that can happen? hes not exactly going to be horrible/nasty at work infront of all your colleagues is he? (and if he does then he isnt worth it chick)
Hope this helps!!!
and oh mi god everyone leave her alone.... who hasnt got tipsy and made a fool of themselves ??! (and if not u should try it! LOL)

I have this theory that I guy should never see you pissed until you are in a relationship because all your inhabitions go out the window, as you saw the other night.
If I were you i'd apologise for your behaviour and explain that it was only the drink causing you to behave like that, and you don't want him to think thats how you behave normally. Tell him that you'd like to go on a date with him, and see what he says. If he says no, don't bother wasting anymore time on him and meet someone else.
Let me know how things turn out, and Good Luck XX

Maybe you should go and apologise for your behaviour next time you see him - explain that you dont remember a lot of the night but you've been getting flashbacks! That way if he isnt interested - you've made your excuses and kinda gained back your self respect by apologising, and if he is into you he has an opportunity to make out he didnt mind and maybe suggest another night out for just the two of ye.

It's quite possible that you've missed you chance with this one.
Best thing to do to try and recover is just act like nothing happened. Pretend you were really drunk and can't remember anything! Just say 'how funny was the other night?? I'm so embarrassed - think I was talking utter crap all night but can't remember a thing'!!
That way, if he doesn't fancy you, at least you can stay friends and you've broken the awkward ice!

I think that if you get the chance in natural conversation, then apologize for your obnoxious drunk behavior and then move on. Don't try to go out of your way to talk to him, just be on the down low for a little while , and most likely he will come around. Keep your confidence! You were a little silly don't let it be such a big deal... just move on with things, chances are if he sees that you are not embarrassed or sketched over the situation he wont be either.. just give it a little time!

We,ve got nothing against girls drinking, good luck to them, but when we see some of these girls on the box with all those tat toes falling about drunk we know that they are going to finish up as fish wives. we dont want our wives/girlfriends to be like them.A good drink is cool but try to have the sense not to go to far. A drunk is a figure of fun and very sad.

Ask him out, invite him to lunch (where the strongest drink will be coffee) and explain to him that that night was a one off and it would never happen again. By admitting your mistakes whilst your sober he might give you a chance to prove yourself. Good luck and hope this advice works.
