set up a date - go out (maybe even go to a motel afterward)
if that is too severe for you then try little things first -
like offering to make coffee, go for a walk together - like a walk by the ocean or maybe star gazing etc...
Go away just the 2 of you somewhere - Do not have high expectations at first - but small ones - !The fire took time to dwindle - the spark needs oxygen to feed off of to become a flame again!
Maybe - just maybe let the other person know that you still love them and want to spend time with them - Honesty is usually good! An old fire looses its spark over time but can always be rekindled with just a little extra work (but on both sides).
