Some times its not bad to tell what they call it , a little whit lie but lying about something that you know in your heart should be truthful will ruin a relationship faster than you know. Its to me better to tell the truth and show that you really care than to lie, even if it still doesn't work out you know in your heart that you did the right thing and that the releationship was not ment to be.

in my life ive found that all lies come out eventually.. it may take weeks, months or even years but eventually all lies rear their ugly little heads.. so although omitting the truth can save pain momentarily.. in the long run it will actually destroy it even worse, because if its a huge lie, the other person feels like a fool, for not knowing all that time.. along with being lied to.. if ur in a relationship it is best not to have any secrets from your spouse, to always be on the up and up even if it hurts feelings.. but u should always go out of your way never to do anything that could put ur relationship at risk in the first place to have to feel u have to omitt the truth.. so if u did that to begin with , u would have to worry about hidding anything ..

As the wife of a man who seems to think it's better to lie than engage in a confrontation, I can unequivocally answer ASOLUTELY!! The lies are almost always found out and usually by his own slips.
Tell the truth and live with the consequences...I find people usually lie when they have something to hide. Since you'll be found out sooner or letter, live up to it from the start. It's total crap to put someone you love through that bull. It's causing horrendous problems in my relationship....NOT saving it!!!!!!

Hell NO!!!! What one does not know will not hurt!!
Omitting the truth is a very good way to save someone some pain but it won't save a relationship.

Honesty is always the best policy. There is such a thing as being brutally honest- that is when you are honest with a person just to hurt them. If it comes to that, just keep your mouth shut.

Put it this way, by telling the truth you don't have to worry about hiding things, and you will never get caught out unexpectedly
