The question all college football fans would like the answer for. Nobody knows of course, but we all have an opinion. There are the usual suspects like Notre Dame, Ohio State, Texas, USC, Auburrn. There are some very interesting "dark horses" like West Virginia and Cal. I'm an Auburn fan and would very much like to say Auburn, but the SEC is always very competitive and it is unlikely Auburn or Florida or LSU or Georgia comes out of the regular season undefeated. To play for the BCS title a team has to be at the top of the BCS rankings of course. I can see at least two teams (maybe more) that could be undefeated at the end of the regular season. Notre Dame and West Virginia both have excellent chances of being those two teams. Charlie Weis may just be the best college coach in America and the Fighting Irish could rule supreme in NCAA Football this year.

Expect contriversy this season!!!

With every team now playing 12 games, there could be a scenerio where no one goes undefeated and 8 or 9 teams have 1 loss. What then? The BCS will pick 2 teams to duke it out in Arizona but the other schools are going to feel shafted!

Personally I hope this happens. That way we can end this BCS crap once and for all and go to a playoff!!

Gotta be the Buckeyes. If not I'd like to see Notre Dame and my favorite underdog this year would have to be Iowa.

Auburn.... Very good on both sides of the ball.. Very favorable schedule.... the SEC is so strong they can lose 1 early and still play for the national title

OH....IO!!!!!!!!!

The Buckeye are for real, and they are ready. Troy Smith, Ted Ginn Jr., and a new defense (we don't rebuild, we just reload) that has been waiting for it's chance, to prove itself to the nation. Now is the time and this is the year.

Notre Dame. Moderate schedule, most of their toughest games at home, plenty of talent as usual....

I may be a Michigan fan, but Northwestern is always my favorite dark horse.
