I had that same problem a few years back, I didn't have the nerve to tell him that I was in love with him. All I know is that you should be honest with yourself, and you lover and tell them before the oportunity passes. Good luck!

It takes a lot of courage. When you say it, mean it. Make it sincere. Also, dont just say those 3 words to your lover, show the love.
