My cousin is engaged with me. Some time ago, she was suffered from appendicitis burstage. I love her very much. I hear that now she is infertile. Please answer.

It can happen, but not likely. While it can cause scarring that makes it difficult to concieve it is possible.

No, not usually. If the peritonitis that followed the rupture was treated successfully, no damage to the reproductive system occurred. Usaually first cousins are not allowed to marry. Please get some advice before a pregnancy occurs.

it can happen because the abdominal contents get infected including the fallopian tubes which can scar. However many have gone on to successfully have babies.

no. burstage of appendicitis won't cause infertility .
depends on how serious it is , may cause death .
