avant browser tabs doing auto hide?

how do i turn off the auto hide for my AVANT browser (not WINDOWS desktop).

It has been several months since I tried the Avant Browser for a couple of weeks, but, I think that was under the View tab in the menu bar. If I'm wrong, I'm sure you will get a correct answer as soon a people start getting up and on here.
