Its always interesting when someone uses the expression "do the right thing". It means "fall in line", or ," goose-step along with me:"
The problem with greenhouse gasses is not in California or anywhere else in the US. Its in Asia and Eastern Europe. All the feel-good legislation in the world won't make a damn bit of difference.

BTW other states are not at fault for the poor air quality and the awful pollution in California cities.

The new C.A.R.B. portable gasoline containers are now becoming the only type of canister sold in NY. It has a special nozzle on it to reduce gasoline vapors from escaping into the atmosphere (no vent on the container). With this "NEW" safety design, I have never spilled so much gasoline IN MY LIFE ! There is fuel all over the water down at the dock where I keep my boat from people using the new containers. Would somebody please point out the advantage of this container to protect the environment to me ??
