I will take the liberty to answer this way: All human sould possess good amount of honesty & goodness, the proportion varies with situation and most importantly the age of people.
Every child born are pure, honest,... only the environment makes them change with time ... so is the answer of your question :)

The formula to calculate the good soul : = NHvn / NHl *100
Where G = Good Soul
NHvn = Number of People in Heaven
NHl = Number of People in Hell

I dont even give up on demons to become honest and good souls . ..lack causes dishonesty and malevolence . .. hoarding seems to have been an issue a long time . .I dont know how anyone does it because I have considered it myself . ..and I always get this real ugly gold smile on my face etherically. ..everyone wants to be honest and good; but when faced with a pit of death or a tiny rope most would choose the rope

Once ' Yudhisthira' - the hero of 'Mahabharata, was asked to find a bad man. But he replied that he cannot find any bad man in this mortal plane. Yes, It is very difficult to find a bad man by a good man. Because, a good man always finds goodness in others for which he becomes good for others. Its a realtive .......and so far soul is concerned - all are potentially divine.

every one in this world thinks that He or she is honest n Has gud soul n all others all not,so....according 2 every 1 One its 1%(its own self) according 2 me.....this worlde is Not as much bad as every 1 thinks :)
