Its obvious that Buffon can never stop Zizou's penalties.None can.Not even Ricardo-the best goalkeeper according to me in the WC 2006.
Then how can Buffon stop mighty Zidane's penalties??

I say that he gets every single one of those penalty kicks, and I'll tell you why: he doesn't know how to miss. Even when he kicked it a little high in the Final, it still bounced off the crossbar into the goal. I seriously don't think that the Italians would have won if Zizou had still been in the match for the penalty kicks...Oh, and having Henry would have worked wonders as well...

haha, probably 4 cause he might mess up on one. or who knows, maybe buffon would miraculously catch one. :) haha, but i LOVE buffon. :) and zidane.
buffon's better at catching balls that are not penalty shots, he's good at catching everything else.

i will put it at 4...did u like that really cheeky penalty againt buffon in the final an the powerful one agains portugals ricardo???damn good...they were the two best gks of the wc...ricardo atleast put his hand to it...but buffon-completely fooled...i think ricardo was the best penalty stopper...i will put him at 3 or 3.5...

Oh come on touzours, every one knows ABSOLUTELY NOBODY can stop a single penalty coming from the magical foot of a legend. Zidane is a great penalty shooter and the only time he ever missed it in his life was when he slipped, no on could actually stop it, not even Ricardo who is talented at stopping penalties, not even Buffon. Nobody can!!!

I can't even imagine Buffon saving anyone's penalty, and I actually have seen him save a few several years ago, but those were easy to save because they just rolled on the ground. And of course, Zidane is amazing, even Jens Lehmann and Oliver Kahn would have a bit of trouble saving his penalties. I think they could save one though.
