Jim Kelly, Buffalo Bills

Of course it's Jim Kelly of the Buffalo Bills, as the Bills are the only team to have made it to four straight Super Bowls.

Other than Norwood, of course, I think that team gets too much disrespect for that, being seen as losers even though they were the best team in the AFC for four consecutive years. I guess that just goes to show that it's all about the ring.

Started in the late 80's when Norwood missed that darn chip shot. Jim Kelly, Thurman Thomas, Andre Reed, Pete Metzelars, Don Beebe, and Derrick Tally were destined to fail in the big game. Poor guys.
