I have been ttc for some months now and for a couple of months I have been having signs like breast tenderness, ovarian pains and sometimes back pains as of day 14 of my cycle and until my period starts. This confuses me because I am trying to track signs and see if I succeeded concieving. I am always regular (28 days cycle). Can anybody tell me how to differentiate between the signs of ovulation, pregnancy and PMS? and is it normal to have these signs for two weeks every month?

sweetie! I have been goign through the same thing you are! i am not only mistaking the symptoms for one another i am hoping for them to actually be pregnancy symptoms which pushes me to believe sometihing that i know may not be. the best thing to do is chart everything. I mean from your 1st cycle date to your vaginal discharge to your BBT.this will let you know when you are firtile. try intercourse then. this will narrow your wonders a bit. this was you will know you cant possibly be pregers if you did not have intercourse ona fertile day. if you are mistaking the symptoms and you know that you did infact have intercourse ona fertile day the best thign you can do is wait it out and not stress too much. if yo miss your period you will know to take a test. this will most likely determine the true answer. until then good luck to you from one trying to another

You can't differentiate between them... thats why I always say symptoms can mean anything so don't rely on them to tell you anything. The only thing I would trust is a pregnancy test. Some women know when they are ovulating by having a lot of cervical mucus... If you are trying to find your ovulation days go to webmd.com and use the fertility calendar... that will give you a "general" idea of when the best days to "try" are... also around that time get one of those ovulation predictor kits and if you are indeed ovulating it will show it.

Nausea is something you'll probably feel early on if you're in fact pregnant. Also, you might feel very fatigued.
