I signed in at the college & signed a contract when I was done signing, the paper was turned over and I was shown all that was wrong with my room. I already had a offer from a previous private school to come there and I would get a large grant. I went and saw my room and it was really beat up and broke down and I truely did not want to live there I haven't had my Heb B shots or my meningitis shots and living there it looked like they were REALLY needed. After seeing my room I decided to go to the other college for the Spring semester since this semester has started. I thought the only way I could keep my financial aid was to take some type of classes so I signed up for some and decided to cancel my housing and meal plan. I called and requested it so I have to sign a piece of paper and submit written documentation. I don't really know what to put on this written "documentation" they say if you just moved home it's convenience & u will still have to pay i also withdrew from my clas

I live in the U.S. I do want to know what to write so I won't be penalized. I never really was given a housing contract or told how many days I have to back out. I wish I knew and I really don't know how to find out. All I know is they were wanting to to pay in full (room and meal plan) even if I took webclass and stayed at home. I dropped all my classes because of that and I am going to go to another school next semester IF i still don't have to pay for all this.
