You must understand by now that 'cheating' causes most people to question their value. Not just their value to the other person in the relationship, but to themselves. Learn to value your girl...She's probably great..Tell her she is great..You will find that if you take a look at your girlfriend and relearn what you really appreciate in this woman, then she will reciprocate in turn. You need to help build each others' personal esteem back up..The trust will follow. Good luck : )

That would be a tough road. It is very hard to trust someone who has let you down. It can be done though. You both have to pledge to each other to be honest and truthful and mean it. Then work on it each day. Don't go around accusing each other un-neccessarly. Be understanding and work on being close spiritually and emotionally.
It will truly tax your integrity and if it sound like it is too difficult then part while you can still respect each other.

You need to communicate well, that's a must. If you want to trust each other again (it has to be mutual) then you need to talk about where you are in the relationship, where it's going, if you're both committed, etc. From there you should know what to do. If it happens again, question your motives.

well you now know that there is no trust in each other once a cheater always a cheater how would you know that she wont cheat again or wait how do u know you wont cheat again you need to gain the trust again little by little

If they shag behind your back and you don't find out that's not your problem, right? I mean, she's gonna know, but you aint, so what's the big deal. Take her out, give her some flowers... do something nice--- maybe she won't be looking for it outside your relationship.
