You can not increase your height through diet, exercise, torture, etc. If you eat poorly you could prevent yourself from reaching your potential height.

Exercise, eat right. Do some load-bearing exercises to keep your skeleton strong. That's the best you can do.

(If anyone Could get taller via a diet of some sort, we'd all do it. In relation to everyone else, you'd be no better off...)

the best way I know for you to maybe get taller is to make sure you get a lot of good sleep....your growth hormones are released in deep sleep....and if you don't get good sleep then your growth hormones will not get released the way they are suppose to be....there is no way you can increase you height by food and exercise....that doesn't have to much to do with your growth hormones...

try runnin or somethin, spike ur hair, dont wear huge shirts and u'll look bigger/taller, some boots, etc.

Everyday do more exercise .
