Only a licensed medical professional whose training includes abortions may legally perform them and the facility required is often regulated as well.
If you want to be a back alley butcher, I doubt you much care if you are legal or not. But if the uneducated woman haters who want to end legal abortion have their way, you might make a fortune.

The problem with the person that asked this question is that they are ***-holes. They asked a question that would get a negitive responce and for some reason enjoys it. My guess is that their father snuck in their room at night and had his way, I dont know. I just know that they are retards and deserve cancer for the question.
