Occasionally, less dominant fish will have their colors fade when in the presence of the more dominant ones, but I would suggest checking your water levels and doing a water change just in case.

Forst the obvious.. Have you tested the water, stress can cause fishes to become ill and so colour fades, Also.. How old is it? They all lose colour with age too.

here is a list of diseases for said fish, but the stripes are supposed to be black not blue... are you sure you have the name of the fish right?
