currently, embassy is the best. it is located @ the fort. it has a lounge, restau, club. great food and drinks. the VIP pass can be bought. embassy is not that far from the places you've mentioned. the fort has so much to offer. in makati, you can try greenbelt 3. in libis (quezon city), there's eastwood citywalk, it has lots of restaus and clubs to choose from. enjoy!
