Sagittarians might be exempt from having to stop for stop signs and signals in your community. Check with the city engineering department - the people who put up stop signs - and ask to see the horoscope criteria for erecting traffic control devices. Make sure they don't give you a Libra or Capricorn rule book, because that could require a different procedure.
