Try "Howells moving castle" or some other movie from the Gibli studio animations like "Spirited away". Most kids that age love it and its also safe to view for children

From what I've read of reviews, how about Cars, or Monster House? Should be suitable for both ages...

Well monster house does look good.for kids..... but I loved 'cars' its a really nice film. If you/they havn't seen it yet I'd recommend that.
You will enjoy it as much as your kids, trust me.
