Alright, criteria for 'unnatural' will be taken in this response to be the same as criteria for mentally ill (in any way).
Of the following four, MORE than one must be satisfied to have any meaning whatsoever.
1) Distance from socialn norms. Your friend has this. So do kite-flyers... as not many people fly kites!
2) Danger to self or others. (You did not say)
3) Distress to self (you did not say if it caused him distress)
4) Dsyfunction - interrupts his normal life (you didn't say)
If he clearly demonstrates 3 in total, be concerned.
If he clearly demonstrates 2 in total, keep an eye on how it develops
If he clearly demonstrates 1 in total, it is unlikely that you need to be particularly concerned .... HOWEVER, do keep an eye on the mental health of all your friends, that is what friends are for.

That is a guy who likes fun. Talking about him making love with lesbians, may be he is looking for a new experience in life. Some people are fun of trying to experience something new and i think he is one of them. I think he is trying to know how far he can go in sex. He might one day switch to men.

Personal preference for the height issue. But as for the lesbians, I don't really think any would sleep with him if they were true lesbians. Bisexuals on the other hand would, but not true lesbians.

Getting attracted to lesbians is common & he has the perfect answer to his preference, but a girl taller then him , I am hearing this for the first time, cos eventho guys like tall girls, they feel kind of complexed if their gf is taller. But I dont think its unnatural.
