I would say, best to least, Wilfred Brimley, Silvio, The girl from will and grace, Sidra by Terry Hatcher, and then Jack Klompus (Clompet).
I also liked Babu Bhatt, the restaurant guy
Larry Thomas who was the Soup Nazi "No soup for you!"
Sally Weaver played by Kathy Griffin
The red head that Jerry dates cause he can't get over the sex
